I don’t see the Nexus 2020 Program and Event Guide in my conference bag.  Why didn’t I receive one?
To be more environmentally conscious and due to the ever-evolving nature of our meeting, we decided not to print the Program and Event Guide for Nexus 2020. Each attendee will receive a printed Pocket Guide in their conference bag, and are encouraged to download the Nexus 2020 app in the Apple App Store (available under the “AMCP Events” app in mid-September) for the most up to date program information. 

When is registration open onsite?
The registration desk is in the Grand Ballroom Pre-Function on the first level of the MGM Grand Conference Center.

Wednesday, Oct. 21 | 7am-6pm
Thursday, Oct. 22 | 7:30am-5:45pm 

What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual. Keep in mind meeting rooms can get chilly at times.

Where do I go if I have lost/found an item?
Please turn over/check for items at the AMCP registration desk in the Grand Ballroom Pre-Function on the first level of the MGM Conference Center. After the meeting, AMCP will turn over all items of value to the MGM Grand lost and found office. 

How do I access session handouts?
AMCP posts handouts as soon as they are approved. Access handouts: 

  • From the Nexus 2020 app
    • Go to the session you are interested in on the schedule section. When you go to the session, you will see the session description and speakers. Scroll down to the bottom and access the handout under resources. You can then download, email, or take notes on the handout.
  • From www.amcpmeetings.org 
    • Under the program tab, click on Education Session Guide. You will need to login using
      your registration ID (found on your badge and in your registration confirmation) and the email you registered with. 
    • Click on the session guide to see a full listing of the educational programs available.
    • If a handout is available, you will see a paper icon on the top right corner of the of the session listing.
    • To access the handout, click on the session listing and click the handouts button.

What do I do if I missed the CPE code for an education session I attended?
Go to the AMCP concierge area in the Grand Ballroom Pre-Function on the first level and leave your name, contact information, and which session you missed. AMCP education staff will get back to you.

You can also send an email to amcplearn@amcp.org and an AMCP education team member will follow up with you after the meeting.

Where do I go if I have a question and can’t find the answer here?
Visit the AMCP concierge area in the Grand Ballroom Pre-Function on the first level. If they cannot answer your question, an AMCP staff member will get back to you.
