If a company wishes to conduct a meeting or event at the MGM during AMCP Nexus 2020, there are different locations and opportunities available.

Meeting Space in The Expo

Corporate members and exhibiting or sponsoring companies may secure private meeting space in the Expo adjacent to the show floor. The meeting room rental includes a 10x20 hard-walled room with carpet, a table, four chairs, a company ID sign (22x26 in chrome easel), and key (meeting room is lockable). Additional furnishings, audio visual (AV), food and beverage, etc. can be ordered at the client's expense.

Meeting rooms can be used on:

  • Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 2pm-7pm
  • Thursday, Oct. 22 from 7am-2:30pm*

*Security will be alerted and you/your colleagues will have access during non-Expo hours.

Fees:

AMCP Corporate Member: $5,900
Non-AMCP Corporate Member: $6,900

Meeting Room within AMCP Contracted Space at the MGM Grand 

To reserve a meeting room within AMCP contracted space at the MGM Grand, please fill out this application form

These meeting rooms are in close proximity to AMCP scheduled events.

Internal company meetings may be hosted within AMCP contracted space at the MGM from 9am on Tuesday, Oct. 20 through noon on Friday, Oct. 23. Meal functions, receptions, and advisory boards may only be hosted outside of official AMCP scheduled events.

Permitted times for Meal Functions, Receptions, Advisory Boards

Tuesday, Oct. 20: All day available
Wednesday, Oct. 21: After 7:30pm
Thursday, Oct. 22: After 5:45pm
Friday, Oct. 23: Before 12:30pm

Rental Fees Per Room Requested

Tuesday, Oct. 20: $1,500
Wednesday, Oct. 21: $2,500
Thursday, Oct. 22: $2,500
Friday, Oct. 23: $1,000

*Price is per event, per day, and is for each meeting request. Space is first-come, first-served.

Note that all AV and food and beverage expenses are the responsibility of the purchasing company.

After your meeting space request has been approved, AMCP staff will contact you with your room assignment and vendor contact information for both catering and AV.
